Offenhausen – July 2011. “Excellent Business Centers” work like a hotel: a simple phone call and a fully equipped office in a prestigious building with appropriate services can be yours at short notice. With its Bosse, Dauphin, Trendoffice and Züco brands, the Dauphin HumanDesign Group has already exclusively furnished 15 of the 21 business centres in Germany – and more are to follow.

The innovative idea of offering offices as a service originally comes from America. In Germany too, however, companies regard hireable business centres as an attractive alternative to having their own office infrastructure. According to the federal sector association, business centres now offer their services at more than 110 locations throughout Germany.

Based in Cologne, “Excellent Business Center GmbH” has been offering hireable “temporary offices” in key German cities since the 1990s.
