Two radio stations together under one roof: HITRADIO RTL SACHSEN and Radio DRESDEN 103 Punkt 5 have opted for office solutions from the Dauphin HumanDesign® Group for their new premises.
120 members of staff enjoy a semi-open, prestigious room landscape featuring the “human space” room-structure system as well as the “modul space” furniture system from Bosse. The efficient management of space and workplaces designed to meet the needs of people are sure to be a big hit. The new office landscape is complemented by further “hits” in the form of matching seating from Bosse, Dauphin, Trendoffice and Züco.
The radio company’s new floor of offices is housed in the prestigious Ammonhof office building right in the centre of Dresden. An integrated furnishing scheme in the form of an open-plan office subdivided according to functional areas was required. This scheme should offer versatile design options, allowing it to adapt inexpensively to possible changes independently of the fabric of the building.
“human space” from Bosse fulfils all the requirements of the radio stations. As a structural element within the room, “human space” is used either as a room-in-room solution or as room dividers, depending on the working situation. Special areas such as the accounts department are spaciously separated using screening elements and the manager’s office is equipped with acoustic elements. As a large open room with both permanent and flexible workplaces, the editorial department was given a combination of semi-transparent communication and concentration islands. These room islands have their place in “Bosse Cubes”, self-contained units which can be freely positioned within any open-plan room.
The multifunctional „modul space“ furnishing solution completes the Cubes with timeless and straightforward furniture architecture. Thanks to the intelligent linking system, the furniture can be arranged with any conceivable heights, widths, graduations or divisions.
The office furniture is complemented by matching seating from the Dauphin HumanDesign® Group. For example, there is the „HighWay“ executive office chair which received numerous design prizes, the „@Just” conference chairs, the cantilever chair „net-on“ of Trendoffice and of Züco the lounge chair „Rilasso“ and the „Reale“, an individual skid-frame chair whose continuous side parts immediately give the impression of a true classic. Alternatively, there is also the „Cento Miglia“ swivel chair featuring modern design and the highest level of ergonomics!
